BUYING
  1. Fix an appointment with us either online or on the phone.
  2. Visit our marketing office at the site of the project you are interested in purchasing, at a time convenient to you.
  3. Our personnel will assist you to:
    • Fill up an Enquiry Form
    • Visit the model apartment
    • Discover the option that best suits your requirements
    • Block the flat you wish to, by filling in an Application For Allotment and paying the booking amount
    • Further understand and then confirm the Sale Agreement
  4. The apartment keys are handed over on the date of possession as promised.

RENTING
  1. Contact us with your requirements and specifications, and fill out a form.
  2. We will co-ordinate your with owners who wish to rent out apartments that meet your need.
  3. The apartments are shown to you.
  4. The legal formalities are completed by executing the rental agreement between the apartment owner and you.

SELLING
  1. Contact us and fill in all relevant details.
  2. We will coordinate between you and prospective buyers.
  3. Your apartment is shown to the buyer/s, and negotiations are begun.
  4. On finalization of the deal, we will execute an agreement between the buyer and you.
  5. We also assist in the registration process, using our legal department.
  6. All additional expenses will be borne by the buyer.
